A delightful card social was given by members of Valley chapter No. 3 O. E. <5., at the Masonic temple Monday Monday evening, the affair being attendee by 112 guests. Twenty-one tables o: bridge and five tables of 500 were played, after which luncheon was served. Mrs. Albert Kirkpatrick of Provo and L. L. Baker of Springville won the bridge high score favors, and the 500 high score favors went to Mrs. R. C. Street and E. O. Moe. M.iss Jewel Berlin won the hearts favor The hall'was decorated with valentim colors and motifs. Mrs. Pearl McAu ley was chairman on arrangements assisted by Mrs. C. H. Reinsch and Mrs. F.-W. Hoffman of Springville Included on the refreshment commit tee were Mrs.' H. A. Immisch, Mrs C. H. Ward, Mrs. Peter Forsyth o Springville and Miss Martha Moore Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Sumsion o Lake View announce the engagemen of their daughter, Pauline, to Ray Gammon, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harr; Gammon of Vineyard. The youn couple will be married in the Sal Lake L. D. S. temple March 22.
