Roy Miller, in th quadruple Moeer murder trial waa In hi place In the- the- Circuit court this morning, and the examination of witnesses was taken up after a laps of Ave days. Judge. Pnterbaugh was on th bench. There were many new Amlsh members in attendance. with their women dressed In their usual black dresses and hoods. There wer a number of witnesses that tcatlfied today. and many Interesting church laws and their Amlsh church way wer brought out during tbe day by tb defense. They all claimed that Sam Moser loved hls.wifaand children. He had an organ and a music box for hi children, which was against th church laws.. Benedict Moser and wire ca not shake hands with their son. neither will, they sit at the same table with him. as It Is against their church rule. Tb mother of the defendant stated th church members could not sell her son a horse or eggs or buy a horse or eggafromjberson.be cause he had been put out of the church, and tney are mil member or that sect. One of the - witnesses ststedi that John Moser. a brother of Sam. Jumped in a well seven years ago. When asked why ha did It,-be It,-be It,-be replied:- replied:- "I didn't live ud to tbe. hoi v scripture." Lydla Moser. a sister, would not shake hands with her brother.
