William R Strong represented his father Robert Strong who was in failing health in 1848 in case of heirs of Robert Strong's 2nd wife who was deceased in her ownership of 7 slaves from her 1st husband's estate. Robert Strong soon died in1848 after appointing his son William R. Strong to assume case.
