Ed Hartman, 67, Glidden, Dies This Morning Funeral Services Will Be Held at 2 P. M. Saturday Saturday Glidden (HNS)—Ed Hartman, 67, died at his home here at 1:15 this morning after an Illness which dated back to last March. He had been bedfast the past six weeks. During his long illness Mr. Hartman suffered several strokes. The body will be returned to the family residence from the Huffman Funeral Home in Carroll Carroll Friday afternoon. Funeral services will be at 2 p. m. Saturday Saturday In the Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. W. D. Ives and the Rev. W. H. Parker officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery. Cemetery. Mr. Hartman, a blacksmith by occupation, continued at this trade until his health failed. He then disposed of the business. Surviving are his wife, one son, Melvln Hartman, of Chicago, and three grandchildren, Mrs. James Machholz of Osceola, Joyce Randall of Osceola and Genevieve Randall of Riverside, Calif. A daughter, Mrs. Sid Randall (Lucy) died In Arizona a few years ago.
