Robert L. Avery Outstanding In ROTC Robert L. Avery, son of Mrs. Margaret LaRue of Rt. 2, Montgomery City, has been recognzed as an outstanding U.S. Air Force Reserve Officers Training Corps (AFROTC) cadet at the University of Missouri at Columbia. He received the Sons of the American Revolution Medal for academic achievement and military excellence. Upon graduation and completion of the AFROTC program. Cadet Avery will be commissioned an Air Force second lieutenant. The cadet is a 1972 graduate of Montgomery County R-2 High School. His father, Delbert Avery, lives on Rt. 2, Laddonia.
