MRS. CHARLES FERRE (Patricia Ford) Holiday Reception Fetes Newly Married Provoans A reception to honor newlyweds Mr. and Mrs. Charles Alma Ferre, Prove, was held Friday evening in the Twelfth-Thirteenth LDS W.ard church. The bride, the former Patricia Ford, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Owen R. Peterson, Provo, chose a satin brocade gown with tapered sleeves, scalloped neckline on the fitted bodice and a gathered full-length skirt. Her elbow-length veil of bridal illusion was held by a seed pearl crown. The couple was married earlier in the month in simple ceremonies at the home of the groom's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alma Ferre, Provo. Bishop Murlyn L. Brown officiated. Standing as maid of honor for her sister was Mrs. Delbert Holt. Bridal attendants were LaRene Ferre, Georgia Stephensen, Carlene Evans, LeeAnn Buckanan and flower girls were Peggy Ann Peterson and Sarah Ellen Holt. The bride's mother was dressed in a red satin sheath. Mrs. Ferre wore a navy blue Dacron suit with a pink design. Their flowers were pink carnations. Acting as best man was James Blackburn. A trellis background with large bells and chrysanthemums provided decoration for the reception.
