MR. AND MRS. ROLAND ELMO HILL Marriage Ceremonies Unite Couple In Orem Marriage ceremonies in the Gift bearers were Paul Ferre, Vineyard Ward united Norma Jean Ferre and Roland Elmo Hi] on May 11 with family and closi friends in attendance. The bridi is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs Clarence N. Ferre of Orem, anc Mr. Hill's parents are Mr. an Mrs. Roland C. Hill of Springvffle The bride wore an afternoor gown of nylon in pastel shade with a sheer overskirt and addec & small pink hat to the ensemble She carried roses and carnation: tied in a bridal bouquet. Kathleen Madsen, her single attendant, wore pink chiffon anc a white corsage. Fred A. Hill served as bes man. Shirl and Nolan Feree and Tom Shepherd were ushers. Mother of the bride wore pink and white and Hrs. Hill, blue, to which was added white corsages An open house followed the ceremony ceremony with serving under the di rection of the bride's grandmother Mrs. Noal Ferre. Pink and laven der were combined in the flora decorations and those for the tables. LeRee Forbes and Sharon Open shaw were at the guest book and Barbara Park, Barbara Gordon Carol Miner and Sharon Ferre arranged gifts. Refreshments were served by Valeen Giles Helen Perry, Marie Baum, Dora Ashby, Edward Ashby, Clinton Perry, Lucy Wilcox, Hazel Bow man, Ruth Mace, Debbie Geils Debbie and Sheree Smith, Linda and Diane Ashby, Virginia Ferre Linda Ashby, Steven Wilcox and Gloria Wilcox. The couple will make a home in Orem following a honeymoon to California. Ladies Literary Year By Installing An installation breakfast held at the home of Mrs. Herbert Tarran Tarran Wednesday morning climaxed a successful club year for the Ladies Literary Club. Mrs. Tarraii welcomed the members to her attractive attractive home and gave the thought for the day. A delicious breakfast was enjoyed enjoyed under the direction of the hostess committee, consisting of Mrs. Herbert Tarran, Mrs. George Rea, Mrs. Parley Larsen and Mrs. J. A. Owens. The rooms were attractively decorated with spring flowers. Officers for the 1962-63 year were installed under the direction of the retiring president, Mrs. Bertram Smith. They are Mrs. James A.
