Drummer In ASCAP CLYMER - Ken Abraham, drummer for The Watchmen, of Clymer, has been elected to KEN ABRAHAM ... in select unit full writer membership status in the American Society of Composers, Authors and Pub- lishers, more commonly known as ASCAP. Abraham's election follows the licensing of three of the writer's latest songs by the ASCAP organization. The songs are "The Best is Yet to Come," "No Hiding Place," and "Ready or Not, Here He Comes." All three of the songs have been recorded by The Watchmen on their latest album entitled "No Hiding Place." ASCAP is one of the world's largest licensers of musical works, comprised of 16.000 composers and 5,700 publishers. "Ready or Not. Here He Comes" has been the most widely acclaimed Abraham tune to date. The song has already been recorded by a number of groups and is receiving a great deal of air-play on radion stations around the country. Television credits .for the song are also on the increase, All of the Abraham songs are owned and copyrighted by Watch Music Company of Clymer.
