Lander, both of Ceres, based on a peculiar accident in that community last March 3. Stanley testified he was fitting stove pipe in a restaurant by Lander and was standing stove at the time. He put his arm in an opening for the pipe, he said, and came roniact with a "live 1 * wire, the Lander is accused of negligence in allowing the chaiged wire to exposed. The law firm of Bush and represented Stanley, while Lander retained Attorney J. W. Hawkins.
