i LANGTONS WEBB PINED. Penalties for Tearing Down Doors and Windows of a House. William Langton -\yas fined $50 and coats, amounting in all to $7Vand Isaac Langton, Jr., and Isaac" Lang'ton, Sr., were fined $25 each for disturbing the peace, by Justice McMaster yesterday. The case was appealed to the District court, a-nd the appellants were given until today to file their appeal-bond. The alleged disturbance consisted of. tearing down the doors and windows of a hpuse occupied b^ Jens -P. Ero- i mertson. A- Mrs. Peirce; claiming to own the premises, has begun suit against .Emmertson for non-payment of rent. Emmertson alleges that Langton Langton is the real owner of tine, premises, He also states that Lang'ton-ls indebted indebted to him, but-this.L>ngtpn denies. denies.
