Obituaries Mrs. Jennie Paine ! Mrs. Je'nnie M. Paine, 84 died Tuesday at the Menomonie Memorial Home in Menomonie Funeral services will be Fri day at 2:00 p.m. from Grace Lutheran Church, the Rev. J H. Kolberg officiating. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery Mrs. Paine was born in Cedar Falls, raised in Menomonie, and has resided in Eau Claire for the past 60 years. She was married to Ed Moe of Eau Claire in 1912, who later died. She then married Raymond Paine who died in 1949. She was employed for many years at t h e Elks Club in Eau Claire and wa a member of Grace Lutheran Church. She is survived by one sister Mrs. Ragna Engen, Menomonie; and several nieces and nephews Frinds may call Thursday afternoon and evening, and Friday morning at Lenmark's. Mrs. Hartie Noyes Mrs. Hattie S. Noyes, 82, died at Mount Washington Home Tuesday afternoon. She wag the widow of John H. Noyes who died in 1941. She had been a resident of the home for one year. Before that she had made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Roy Van Pelt, 128 W. Truman Ave. Funeral arrangements will be announced later by Stokes and Sons Funeral Chapel. Esther L. Rosenfreter : Esther L. Rosentreter, 60, of Rt. 2, Fall Creek, died Tuesday morning at Sacred Heart i Hospital in Eau Claire. ' She is survived by her husband, Ewald; one son. Arthur, (Fall Creek; three brothers, : Jule Reetz, Town of Lincoln, ; Henry Reetz, Eau Claire, and ,0110 Reetz, Town of Washington; one sister, Mrs. Irene Zillmer, Bloomer; and one grandson. Funeral services will toe held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at St. John's Lutheran Church with the Rev. Roy B. Schmeichel ^ ficiating. Burial will be in Trinity Cemetery in Fall Creek. Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Chapel after 2 p. m. Thursday and Friday until an hour before the service. Mrs. Rosentreter was born in Merrill, came to Eau Claire, and had been a resident of the Fall Creek area for 26 years. Traffic Cases LaVerne A. Brown, 26, Cornell, pleaded guilty in County Court today to a charge of driv ing after revocation and plead ed innocait to a charge of rac ing in the Town of Seymour Sept. 14. Judge Thomas H. Barland fined Brown $125. and costs and sentenced him to a mandatory five days in jail under the Huber Law for the revocation charge and placed him under a $77 bond on the racing charge. A trial is set for Oct. 2. Brown's license ,is automatically revoked for another year by law. The following people pleaded guilty to traffic charges: Peggy E. Retallick, W, of 1227 Vine St., inattentive driving in Chctek Sept. 2; and William S. McLeocl 17, of 309 N. llth St., and Dorothy A. Walsh, 24, of 430 Water St. speeding in the city. Miss Retallick's license was suspended for 30 days. McLcod's was suspended for 10 days and Mi,ss Walsh was fined $20 and costs. The following people pleaded innocent to traffic charges: John A. Mahlum, 17, tRt. 5, driving after suspension of his license; David K. Sanders, 18, of 2304 Henry iAve., racing and driving an unregistered vehicle; Luann M. Perry, 19, of 1222 Briggs Ave., racing; Daniel G. Goss, 17, Eau Claire, and Roy L. Jackson, Jr., 22, of 720 Chippewa St., speeding. Their trials are set for next month. Dennis J. Prochaska, 23, of 507 N. Clairemont Ave., for- eited $64; Duane A. Hays, 19, Rt. 2, forfeited $47; and the fol- owing motorists forfeited $32 or speeding: 1 of R. K. 41 James S. Kent, 20, of 2415 Somona Parkway; Willard J. 'oelker, 53, Appleton; William
