Body Has Been Recovered and Relatives Were Notified Today of the Death and That Body Would be Sent Walter Stanley, formerly of Upper Alton, a son of Mrs. iMary Stanley Hvlhg on Salu street, wo« drownod at Toppenlsh, Washington, last Sunday. A telegram came to the chief of police today requesting him to notify the relatives of the young man and saying that tho body would be shipped to Alton If" desired by the family. The voung man has been away from Upper Alton several years. He was born and raised there and his family Is an old time one In (Upper Alton.
