Mr. Elijah Faulkner, a farmer who lites three miles west of the city, was walking along the Pittsburg track last evening a short distance west of Broadway Broadway when he was struck by a west bound train and hurled into the" ditch. He Buffered a compound fracture of the left, elbow joint. He was taken to a boarding boarding house on East Main street, where Drs. W. n. and II. 8. Myers dresseS his injuries and he left for his home to - day.
