Funeral Services Set Monday For Julien B. Chockley, 79 Funeral sen-ices for Julien B. Chockley, 79, who died Thursday in the Phoenix Veterans Administration Hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Chapel of Memories, A. L. Mcore and Sons Mortuary, 333 W. Adams. The Rev. M. J. Zaldivar, hospi-j tal chaplain, will officiate. Cremation will follow. Friends may call at the drawing room chapel of the mortuary from A native of Richmond, Va., Mr Chockley came to Phoenix in 1920 and worked for the Salt River Water Users Association until 1936 when he moved to San Francisco. In 1940 he went to work in Susie Services Set the navy shipyards there, retiring in 1948. He returned to Phoenix two years ago and lived at 1226 E McKinley. Jf« was a World War I veteran and was with the 18fh Army En gineers, landing in France when Gen. John J. Pershing did. He is survived by his wife, Eva, and a daughter, Mrs. Frances Reynolds, both of Phoenix; three grandchildren. and
