Juanita Jane 2810 Avenue t, Sept. 15, in the 230C block on Third Ave. The victim, a kindergarten stu dent at Edison School, was enrout home. She di;d that night in a pitsl of a rustured spleen. Robert E. Ashley, 2304 Thirc AvÂ«'., testified he heard a noise saw the chiH "doubled up unde the car 'Â·' He estimated the car traveling 6 to 8 miles an hour. Car Passes Over Girl L. V. Doner, 2542 Seventh Ave. testified he ;aw the girl walkini on the sidewalk. "Quicker tian a wink she dart ed out into the street," he said.
