That question will have to be decided in district court before an executor can be named to the Ketch am estate, which is valued at not over $10,000. The estate has been tied up by conflicting legal actions already started in court. J. P. Tinley, jr., and Mrs. Patricia Patricia T, Duckworth, attorneys, claim t h e y were named executors by Mrs. Kelt-ham's will made out in 1943. The same day they filed the w i l l m court Mrs. Joseph W. Doner, 727 South Twenty-first street, a d a u g h t e r , f i l e d a petition petition for letters of administration and was granted them. Mrs. Joseph P. Desmond, a daughter, 918 South Ninth sheet, asked the court for letters for special administrators to pre- seivo $3,500 worth of personal poperty t h a t might "be wasted if not cared for " Judge John A. Munay appioved the letters to Tinley and Mrs. Duckworth under a $5,000 bond.
