Th Liberal Republican State vention met at Eluiiia yesterday, nominated the following ticket: Mr. Lunigau, of New York, Diedrieh VYiilers for Secretary of State. A. N. Cole, of Allegiiny, named Francis S. Tbaycr. L,. L. Buudy, ii Otsego, named Fieemau J. Fitiiiaii, who declined. On a vote Willers stood 98, 17. The nominatk n was made unanimous.
