M. J. Moss va O. V. Riley, etc. Filed October 11, 189T. Appeal from Bell Circuit Court. (To be reported.) Opinion by Judge Haaetrlgg, affirming. First Section 14a to lui inclusive of tho Constitution provides that elections shall be held by secret ballot, but by Section 105 of Constitution the election of School Trustees Is excepted from the above-mentioned above-mentioned above-mentioned above-mentioned sections of the Constitution, and it la provided that tbe General Assembly may provide for the election and the manner manner of voting In School Trustees' election. Section 4434 Kentucky Statutes, provides that such elections shall be viva voce vote. Held that - elections of School Trustees ahall be by viva voce vote, and the qualification qualification of the voters a t governed by Section 44X4 Kentucky Statutes. D. B.
