VENUE CHANGE TO VIAN GIVEN IN ROBBERY CASE An affidavit or change of venuse from Sallisaw to Vian was granted Tuesday to three Vian men charged with hijacking hijacking Peter Hess, 72, of Vian, of $103 on May 6. The three, Jack McClanahan. Houston Houston Cotner and Sam Watters, were to have faced preliminary hearing Saturday, Saturday, May 15, before Justice of Peace J. P. McLaughlin. The case will be' heard by Justice of Peace W. D. Garrison Garrison of Vian, however, on Saturday. All three pleaded not guilty at arraignment arraignment last' Saturday.
