well but was now n g get deter- im- Harlingen Father and Husband Of Girl, 11, Are Jailed POTEATJ, Okla., May 24.-- (#)-Turning (#)-Turning somersaults on a bed at the jail here, the 11-year-old daughter of L. M. Ohler, living near Bokoshe, and child-wife of Tom Heather, asrjsed herself today today while officers Investigated hex- strange marriage. The marriage was revealed when Heather and Ohler were arrested Bud Statham, deputy at Bokoshe. Both men face perjury charges, Heather, 32 years old, and Ohler, are alleged to have sworn that child wa s!6 years old when procured a marriage license last month. The couple lived with the Blrls rather near Bokoshe. The girl is smal Uor her age. She said she would be 12 years o'.d next December.
