frvin 0. Browder Jrvln Olander Browder, 72, o J1631 Magnolia Ave., Matoaca died Thursday morning at PC tersburg General Hospital afte an illness of three! weeks. He was a native of Brunswlc County but had made his horn In this area most of his life. H was a member of Matoaca Bap list Church, Blandford Lodge 3 A.F.&A.M., a member of Son & Daughters of Liberty Lodge 20 Ettrick and was a retired car penter for Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corp. Surviving are liis widow, Mrs Ruth Sue Green Browder, Ma toaca; a son, Joe I. Browder Colonial Heights; two daughters Mrs. Doris Luther, North Haven, Conn, and Mrs. Sue Braswell, Chester; two sisters, Mrs. C. T. Bougbton, Matoaca and Mrs. lona Marks, Maryland; t w o brothers, Lawrence Browder, Colonial Heights and Bernard Browder, Richmond and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Matoaca Baptist Baptist Church with the Rev. Roland Powell, pastor, officiating. Burial Burial will be in Blandford Cemetery Cemetery with Masonic rites by Blandford Lodge 3. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to the Ettrick - Matoaca Rescue Squad. The family will be at J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home from 7 to 9 tonight.
