LAST ROUND-UP Interesting Program At Stony Point School Friday Friday Night. The Junior class-of Stony Point High school was host to the Senior class, Friday night, April 13, at a "Last Round-Up" in the school library. The 'guests met in one section of the library which was used as a living room. From this they were shown to the other part, where they found their places at a large horse-ehoe banquet table. The room was beautifully decorated in colors of the rainbow, and assorted assorted spring flowers. Small covered wagons marked the places of the guests, inside of which was the menu. A number of individual toasts were given followed by songs. The '^Last Round-Up" and a grand march was led by Miss Lee and Mr. Dellinger. String music for the evening was furnished by Lindsay Fincannon, Curlee Rufty, Fred Milholland, Paul Watts and Floyd Harris. Mr. and Mrs. J. R. McHargue entertained the stewards of the Methodist church and their wives, at their home last Thursday evening, evening, April 12. After a. business meeting, Mrs. McHargue, assisted by her daughters, Frances and Pauline served a delicious salad course with coffee. Those present were: Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Murdock, Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Comt>s, Mr. and Mrs. A. N. Millsaps, Millsaps, Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Keever, Mrs. W. B. McDonald, Mrs. N. F. Steele, Mrs. Ray Clement and Miss Jessie Alexander. The play "Heaven Bound" which was given in the High school auditorium Saturday night, * was well attended, every available seat being taken and many turned away. This play .was sponsored by Circle No. 3 of the W. M. U. of the Baptist church.
