The nature of the relief sought is as follows: That a parcel of land hereinbelow described be sold for the purpose of partition and that the proceeds of the sale be divided among the lawful heirs at law of Mary Barkley Page, and the heirs of her brother and sister, W. Thomas Barkley and Minnie B. Stamey,said property h"inp derrrihprt at, follows: Beginning at a stake in the Easterly Easterly margin of Iredell County Rural Road No. 1580 known as the Hartness Hartness Road, said iron pin being Floyd Harris' corner; thence with Harris' line and with the Eastern margin of said road, North 9 deg. 0 min. West 264 feet to a stake; and thence crossing crossing said road North 70 deg. 0 min. West 66 feet; thence continuing with Harris' line North 5 deg. 0 min. West 264 feet and North 7 deg. 0 min. West 792 feet; thence South 80 deg. 30 min. East 230.3 feet to an iron pin in the center of said Iredell County Rural Road No. 1580, Harris and David Hartness' corner; thence with Hartness' Hartness' line South 79 deg. 30 min. East 1,230 feet to a stone, the Southeast corner of the Jessie Barkley Division Division Tract No. 1; thence with J. L. Hartness' line due East 660 feet to a stake; thence due South 363 feet to a stake at the creek, common corner of J. L. Hartness and Thelma C. Rhyne; thence with Rhyne's line and with the creek as follows: West 198 feet, South 28 deg. 0 min. West 286.5 feet, South 15 deg. East 132 feet, South 5 deg. 0 min. West 132 feet, South 33 deg. 0 min. West 264 feet, due South 66 feet, and South 15 deg. 30 min. East 57 feet to an iron pin, Thelma C. Rhyne's corner; thence with Harris' line North 84 deg. 0 mm. West 1,445.8 feet to the beginning, and containing 50.25 acres, more or less, according to a survey prepared by J. S. Wilson, on September 14, 1970, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court.
