Lenson and Sons, has pur chased from Mrs. Mary Halligan a property fronting on both Union and Eleventh avenues. It Is the Intention of the firm to erect a tine business block on the site, on which there are now several framo buildings. Plans have not been completed, but It Is probable that the now structuro will be three stories in height.
