experience at of Greenwood the of of the when "wait to by tht to at to George Betters Faces Charge Of Operating Pool UNIONTOWN, May 23.--Informa- ion charging operation of a louse pool was made against Setters of- Connellsville by Sergeant Vincent F. Bunch of the State Police. The information followed the arrest of six men in a Water street building in Connellsville Saturday afternoon. Betters will be arraigned before Alderman R. F. Hopwood upon arrest and will be required to heavy bail, the officer said. .A squad of five State troopers, by Sergeant Vincent F. Bunch, rushed a back room of a Water street building shortly after noon Saturday and arrested six persons who, officers say, were busily engaged in checking clearing house pool tickets and counting a sum money. None of the men had an opportunity to escape from the room the rear of a barber shop. Sergeant Bunch said he confiscated thousands ot slips and a large amount of money, together with adding machine tapes. Those committed in default of $1,000 ball asked by Alderman Robert F. Hopwood of Uniontown were George Buchanan, Raymond Kcitn, Charles Langley, Delbcrt Russell, Curtis Adams and James Russell. They face numbers writing charges.
