- - - OAKS - FUNDERBURG. Miss Etta Oaks, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Oaks of Court street and Mr. Clifford Funderburg, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Funderburg, who reside south of Huntington on the Warren road were quietly united in marriage last evening at 4 o'clock at the home of the officiating pastor, Rev. W. D. Samuel. The young couple couple were unattended and only the immediate immediate relatives and friends of the couple were present. Immediately after the ceremony had been performed performed the young couple proceeded to their newly furnished home on Sala - monle avenue where last evening they greeted a large number of their friends, all of whom extended heartiest heartiest congratulations. The young bride Is a young lady of high standing in social circles of the city and Is highly respected by all who know her. Mr. Funderburg is a prosperous young gentleman and thoroughly capable of caring for the prize which he can now call his own. With the opening of school In September September Mr. Funderburg will resume his duties as principal of the Huntington township high school on Etna avenue. The best wishes of a host of. friends go with Mr. and Mrs. Funderburg on their life's Journey. Among those who were present fronj out of the city were Mr. and Mrs. E. B. Beeching of Andrews and Miss McNaulty of Ft Wayne.
