Brookdale Lodge Faces $16,000 Suit Over Pool Mishap An amended complaint in the suli of Herbert Schlou agalnt F. K. Camp, proprietor of Brookdale Lodge and in which he asks $600 special damages and $10,000 general" general" damages, has been filed in the superior court. Mr. Schlou alleges in his complaint that on the 23rd of August, 1925, he was swimming in the pool at the lodge when he lacerated lacerated his left foot and severed a nerve on his right foot on broken glass on the floor of the pool. The glass he avers, was part of the under under water lighting system 'of the pool. He claims that his injuries are permanent. The item of 600 is figured from loss of ten weeks time at his salary of $60 per week. A motion for change of venue for the tfial of the suit has been denied.
