Father Qatar Ian, on North Jefferson street, was solemnized the marriage of Mr. Samuel Fetters and Miss Catharine Foster The bride presented a very pretty appearance attired in a neat costume of bine. The groom wore the conventional black. Miss Johan nah Upheil acted as bridesmaid and looked very pretty attired in a navy blue suit. John Foster acted' as best man to the groom. Immediately Immediately after the marriage ceremony the bridal party repaired to the - home of the bride - 's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Foster.No. 112 Oak street, where they received the congratu lations and best wishes of a large circle of friends. An elegant wedding supper was served, and . partaken of by about sixty - five guests. The evening was spent in various ways, each adding to its charms, making the evening one continual round of pleasure. A large and varied assortment .of presents was received, consisting of china, silverware, etc A handsome oedr.om suit was the gift - of the bride's parents. y'y - - Both of the contracting parties are estimable young people, the bride being endowed . with - many rare qualities, essential to the making of a model wife.'
