WANT A DIVISION Of the Estate ef Milton M. Fields, Late of L.ittle Beaver Township. Eleanor G. Randall, of Mercer county has, through her attorney, J. L. McCracken, McCracken, made an application to coort for a partition of the estate of Milton M. Fields, deceased. The petitioner represents represents that Milton M. Fields, late of Little Beaver township, this county, died about February 20, 1894, intestate, leaving neither widow nor children, but brothers and sisters, and the children of the deceased deceased brother, as follows: Amzi Fields, a brother, of Little Beaver township; Belinda Blackburn, Turin, Iowa; Eleanor Randall, Mrs. Lebanon, of Mercer county; Emeline Laugblin, Americos, Kan; Harriett Hathaway, Montaloo, Cal. The children of Cyrus P. Fields, a brother, who is deceased, leaving a widow and children as follows : Mrs. Lydia Fields, widow. West New Castle; Ira Fields, a son; Mary Cowder, Mount Air, Pa ; Joseph Fields, West New Castle. It is desired that an inquest be awarded and six men be taken in Little Beaver township to divide the land. Deputy Sheriff Vance appointed the viewers Friday forenoon, and the oath will be administered by Sheriff William Becker.
