The body will arrive arrive Friday noon from San Bernardino, Bernardino, Calif., where Mr. Chambers Chambers died Monday morning, and will lie in state at the funeral home. A retired railroad engineer, Chambers had lived in Oelwein years, moving to San Bernardino two years ago. He was 61 and widower. Children who survive him are Mrs. Herman Pearl, Oelwein; May Chambers, Stockton, Calif.; Mrs. J. D. Richardson, Detroit, Mich.; Mrs. Marjorie Poggenklass, Los Angeles; Arnold Chambers, Chicago; Gerald, Fort Benning, Ga.; George and Donald, Freeport, 111.; and Robert Flack, Stockton, 111. He is also survived by two brothers, Charles and Jess Chambers Chambers of Dubuque, and a sister, Mrs. George Pound of Cedar Rapids.
