street be transferred to John Lynch. James Anderson, one of the owners of 432 fcouth Second street, filed a petition asking asking that Rernard J. Mouaghan be granted a license for that place. Anderson says that Joseph Romano was granted a license for the ensuing year, but he failed to take the license out or pay the necessary fee. Other applications were filed by the following: Thomas Donnelly, 4614 Lancaster avenue, to Thomas A. Donnelly, his son; Thomas Quln, northwest corner Second and Diamond streets, to Peter McElhatton, and Bernard B. Gallagher, 700 Washington avenue, to Wlllam P. Demphy.
