Louis Hoefling of Merrill has brought suit against Frank Wetrosky and Gus Wetrosky of Plymouth county for $15,000 damages as a result of injuries injuries received while he was employed on their farm last August. Hoefling states that he was driving a hay rack and that the standard in the front part of the rack broke, causing him to be thrown from the rack and he fell under the feet of the horses and was trampl ed by them and the wagon was drawn over his prostrate body. The plaintlf claims his spine was broken and his head, side and arms injured.
