at dead of Lengthy Suspension For District Judge DETROIT (AP) -- A 15- month suspension from practicing practicing law has been affirmed against 77th District Court Judge Frank Kyman. who is charged with forging' legal documents. But in affirming the suspension, suspension, the State Bar Grievance Board's Appeals Committee gave the Big Rapids judge 20 days to file an appeal with the Michigan Supreme Court. Ryman, 5t, has been a judge for district courts in Mecosta and Osceola counties since January, 1973. He couldn't be reached for comment Thursday. A woman answering the telephone at his Big Rapids office said the judge wouldn't in the office until Friday. Asked if the judge could reached elsewhere by telephone, the woman replied. "No, not my knowledge." State law requires a judge a licensed attorney but only state's Judicial Tenure Commission Commission can remove a judge from office. A Bar Grievance Board spokesman said Ryman's case has been referred to commission.
