with Chuck andVinsiNiApERLEE Open letter to the wonderful AAUW of Fontana: The winner of this year's Lamont Poetry Prize (Academy of American Poets) is Edward Field. The book of poems is "Stand Up, Friend, With Me." He Is going to be a favorite poet. There isn't a disappointing disappointing poem in the whole book. He's just plain nice a pleasant, pleasant, sharp mind. It was a thrill to get a look at Fontana High with its musical musical fountain antf beautiful architecture! architecture! and sculpture.
