Word was received at police headquarters last night that Dick Koch, known as Richard Richard J. Koch, alias Coach, alias George M. X. Allen, alias J. B. Dixon, alias D. J. Cameron, alias Dick Allen, waa arrested yesterday st Akron. Ohio. Koch hss been wanted In thla city for many a moon, and Is reputed one of the most darurerous swindlers swindlers In the oountry. At one time he had rooms n the Hulbert Block. on Vine street, wher be operated a fake detective agency. When arrested he claimed to be connected with the OUklnaon Detective Agency. He had been in Akron abou three weeka under the name of George Sherman, having- having- been employed by ths county to collect evidence in the Akron riot case.
