JOHX A STEWABT IS DEAD. thcr of Claude Stewart Dies of Kidney Tronbir. ^ uiis county, John A. Stewart, brother of Claude D. Stewart of this city, died Friday evening at six o'clock at Deming. New Mexico, where he went a few weeks ago in the hope of recovering his healtli.. The body, accompanied by the parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Stewart, brother. Tony,..and sisters, Drue and Ruth, will be'brought to Humboldt tonight The funeral will occur at two o'clock tomorrow afternoon afternoon at the Humboldt M. E. church with the Rev. H. A. Gordon, the pastor, pastor, and Bev. John H. Bright, of this city officiating. The. interment will take place in the Mt Hope cemetery. Humboldt Mr. and Mrs. Claude Stewart and Sheriff and Mrs. C. About three months ago his health failed him andUt was thought that he was suffering from tuberculosis. In the hope that the dry climate of New Mexico might be lieneficial to him, he was taken to that -state. It develop^ ed recently that his trouble was not tuberculosis, but Bright's disease.
