Dedication Of Forestry Center Set Dedication of the new $50,000 headquarters of the state division of forestry in San Bernardino Is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. today. Federal, state and county officials are expected to attend the dedication and view demonstrations of fire fighting methods and a display of all state and Federal equipment between 35 and 40 trucks largest concentration in the county's history. The dedication, to which the public has been Invited by Russell Z. Smith, state ranger for the county, in charge of plans for the event, will be preceded by a luncheon at the California hotel for visiting of ficials. Open house will be held at the headquarters, Mr. Smith said, with various demonstrations during the afternoon. The group of seven buildings an office, two residences, two warehouses, shops and bar racks for a suppression crew has been erected as a cooperative proj ect between the state and the WPA. Ralph B. Smith, district WPA director, will participate in the affair.
