o greed upon on the sea. SvlveWr Young, a former resident of West Pittstou and Duryea, passed away yesterday afternoon at two o'clock at the home of his daughter. Mrs. William Dutter, at Tliornhurst, in the l'oconos, where he had made his home in recent years. Mr. 1 oun.,' was SO .years of rise and death was due to the infirmities of advanced years. His early lite was spent at Thornhurst and later he came to West Pittston, living for a number of years in the lower end of tin - town. Later the family resided in Duryea, where Mrs. ouns passed away - I" recent years Mr. Young returned to his boyhood home aC Thornhurst to spend the remainder ot his days. He is survived by one daughter. Mrs. William Dutter, and one son, John Young, both of Thornhurst. Thornhurst. Mr. Young was a brother - in - law of the late Mrs. Riclfhrd Den - nison, of West Pittston. The funeral services will be held at the home at Thornhurst Monday morning at It o'clock, and the remains will be laid at rest in West Pittston Cemetery. Monday afternoon about two o'clock.
