Brisk Fire at Conneaut Lake. Conneaut Lake, September 26. Fire which broke out last night in the barber shop of W. J. Bealer caused damage of at least $10,000 before it was subdued. It destroyed the restaurant and billiard parlor of "Bert" Terrill; the residence of James Eastlake, and a tailor shop. John Lewis, of Pittsburg, who was stopping at the Taylor House, was trampled during the excitement attending the fire and was unconscious for a time but was revived. Meadville was called on for help but the local fire fighters succeeded in putting out the flames before the help arrived.
