Maurice Laleman, 60, Minnesota, was accused of evading nearly $10,000 in taxes by failure to report report $37,000 in income for th« period 1946-49. He posted $5,ooo bond for court appearance Feb. Clemens J. Heibel, 40,,Gaylord, was accused of operating a 25-gallon 25-gallon liquor still illegally. He posted $1,000 bond and will appear in court at the June 2 federal term in Mankato.
