' The officers and directors heard a discussion of .Utah's water needs and plans for more efficient use of water supplies given by Jay Bingham, manager of the Utah CLYDE B. ADAMS Heads Association Power and Water Board in Salt Lake City. The organization set up a committee committee of three to study the situation in the four counties. Members are Mr. Fjeldsted, Mr. Nichols and Mr. Southwick as chairman. They will make tlieir report at the next association meeting to be held in June.
