Mrs. Freidus, who also is director director of the Gateway School in New York, will speak from 7 to 9 p.m., in 321 Wilkinson Cen|ter, Cen|ter, using children from pri- jmary, intermediate and secondary secondary levels in live demonstrations, demonstrations, Her subject will be "Diagnostic "Diagnostic Teaching with Children of All Ages for the Identification Identification of Learning Disabilities." .Dr. Betty Harrison, director of BYU Education Center and conference chairman, said the lecture will be of special value to classroom teachers who can benefit from the approach of Mrs. Freidus. The lecture is part of five two- week workshops on learning disabilities disabilities sponsored by the BYU Education Center and the Special Special Education Section of the Utah State Department of Pubic Pubic Instruction. Mrs. Freidus prepares teachers teachers for the education of neuro- ogically impaired children at tolumbia University's Teachers Teachers College.
