Man Dies In Parleys Road Mishap John Saxton. 48. 536 E. 2nd i South, died Wednesday at 9 p.m. in a Salt Lake hospital of injuries. suffered Saturday at 5:nO p.m.; when the automobile in which he was riding hurtled over a 150-ft. embankment near the summit of Parleys canyon. John R. Thompson, 39, Ephraim, a passenger in the car, is in critical critical condition at Salt Lake General hospital. Ralph Reaney, 35, 917 j Princeton ave., driver, is recover-1 ing from minor injuries at his j home. j Mr. Saxton was born Feb. 28, : 1301. in Salt Lake City, a son of i George and Sarah Ann Hall Sax- i ton. He married Virginia Reaney in Malad, Ida., May 16, 1039. ! Educated in Sail Lake City, he was graduated from East high school. After his graduation he went into business with his mother, j At the time of his death he was owner of Halls Canker Remedy Co., Salt Lake City. Surviving are his wife; his mother; a son, John Thomas Saxton Saxton Jr., all of Salt Lake City, and four sisters, Mrs. Sarah Ann West, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Celena Graham, Santa Cruz. Cal.; Mrs. Emery Hardy, Ojai, Cal., and Mrs. Alice Cummings, Tremonton.
