Annie P. Morrill SALEM — Annie Palmer Morrill, 66, of 3805 W. 3rd S., Salem, died Friday at the Payson City Hospital of a stroke. She was born April 11,1907 in Wellington, Carbon County, a daughter of Frank and Emma Kennlson Palmer. She married Desmond J. Morrill on Oct. 21, 1922 in Vernal. He died June 15, 1959. Mrs. Morrill was a member of the LDS Church and a lifelong resident of Utah. She received her education in the Carbon County schools. Surviving are three sons and three daughters, Clayton A. Morrill and Mrs. Virgil (Penny) Cutler of Corinne; Jack D. Morrill of Sacramento, Calif,; Carl Morrill of Redwood City, Calif.; Mrs. Jack (Nona) Cooyman of Woodburn, Ore.; and Mrs. Leo (Carol) Twitchell of Salem; 23 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; three brothers and a sister, Cliff Palmer, Art Palmer, and Mrs. Ina (Crystal) Tidwell, all of Wellington, and Henry Palmer of California. Funeral will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the Salem Third LDS Ward chapel, with Bishop Shirl D. Hanks officiating. Friends may call at the Linde Mortuary in Spanish Fork* Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and at the chapel Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. until time of service. Burial will be in the Salem City Cemetery.
