AND NO FALLEN M[N Salvation Army Worker Says the Men Should Be Branded Also. Why should we call an unfortunate woman a “fallen woman,” any more 1 than referring to the men responsible for their downfall as “fallen men?” This was Col. Henry C. Lee’s pertinent moral question at the morning: service of the First Presbyterian church Sunday At this service the ‘ &unaay- Ln!* service tne work of the Salvation Army was reviewed by Col. Lee, who is here in th® interest of the rescue work. ‘‘Rather than refer to the poor, unfortunate women as ‘fallen women' it would be better to brand the men who have placed them there as ‘fallen men' and let it be known at the banks and the stores and In society and in th® churches what they are.’’
