Speeding Tops Court Cases Thursday's traffic calendar was light as Police Judge Prank E. Moss presided over a docket dominated dominated by five speeding cases: Case of Tom Olson, 21, 156D E, 33rd South, was set over until Friday; Norman W, Shaw, 27, Riverton, was fined, $50; Bryce Corbett, 120' W. 3rd North, also charged with driving without a license and driving driving 'fcn improperly registered vehicle,- vehicle,- forfeited $40;. Donald Wree. 31, 49 S, Main, waa lined S30. and William Lodder, 23, 1135-S. State, was lined S20. . Three persons were charged with Ignoring, traffic semaphores. They were Ronal'd Savage, IS, ,12 E. 1st North, also charged with making making an improper turn and failure to appear, was fined $30; William Burt Baxter, ,'!2,' 560 E, 3rd South, was fined $25.80, and Donald Ivan Bartlett, 21, 142 E. Robert ave., forfeited $25. Donald Ray Bush, 20,' 7C3 E'. 4th South, forfeited $25 for Ignoring Ignoring a'stop sign. Trial dates were set over for three.other defendant's: Walter M. Plant, 36, 819' .Emerll ave., charged with reckless, driving, will be tried Saturday; Harold Dec Beardon, 23, Kamas, May 20, and Horace L. Brown, 53, 1146 Ramona ave:, charged with drunken driving.
