Cteo Tompkins BROWNSVILLE Cleo Tompkins, 57, Box 86, Brownsville, died early this morning at Fayette Me morial Hospital in Connersville after a short illness. She was born in Connersville and lived in the Union County area lor tne last 40 years. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary in Connersville. She attended the Brownsville Church in Christian Union. Survivors Include four sons, Robert with the U.S. Army in west Germany, Kenneth of Liber ty, and Ronald and Steven, both of Brownsville; two daughters, Deb orah Sue Mathews of Liberty and Ann Marie Tompkins of Brownsville; two brothers, Ralph Crowder of Liberty and Basil Crowder of Brownsville; and nine grandchildren. Her husband, Albert, died in 1981. A funeral service for Cleo Tompkins will be at 11 a.m. Mon day at the Showalter-Blackwell, Baker Fosdick Chapel, in Liberty. The Rev. Craig LaSeur, pastor or the Brownsville United Meth odist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Christian Union Cem etery in Brownsville. Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
