was Tribesmen eleven major . Needs In other police court action two men, Carl Westbcrg, St. Louis, and Tony Evcler, Jefferson Jefferson City, were charged with being drunk. Both pleaded guilty. Westbcrg was taken off the Missouri Pacific Eagle at the depot here at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday after he reportedly caused a disturbance disturbance on the train. Judge Andrew Schwaller fined him $20 and sentenced him to 90 days jail. Eveler received a total of 190 days in jail--90 on the latest charge and 100 days from stayed sentences. Judge Schwaller Schwaller then stayed the entire sentence sentence on the condition ot future good behavior by Eveler. Eveler was arrested at D u n k l i n Jefferson Sts. at 10 p.m. Tuesday. Tuesday.
