She wore antique bridal satin designed with an elongated bodice and full, sweeping train. The long, pointed sleeves were fastened with tiny satin-covered buttons, and the heart-shaped neckline was finished with a capelet of handsome Brussels lace. A period headdress of seed pearls held the veil of bridal illusion. She carried a bouquet of orchids be 3 Miss Dorothy Stockdick, sister of the bride, was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Mrs. D. E. Sutton, sister of the bridegroom, and Miss Dona Tucker, a cousin of the bride. Miss Stockdick wore delph- nium blue chiffon designed with a shirred basque, short sleeves and full skirt. She carried a bouquet of harmonizing blossoms, and wore a headdress of matching flowers. The bridesmaids' gowns were identical to that of the maid of honor in apricot chiffon. Boyce Tucker was best man, and ushers were W. C. Stock- dick, Jr., and Clyde Wooster. Mrs. Stockdick, mother of the bride, wore amethyst and dusty rose crepe. The bridegroom's mother was gowned in a royal blue sheer. A reception was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Stock- Continued on page 8
