Report of meeting held by the Socialist Propaganda League of America in New York City on February 28, 1918. The Park View Palace was filled to overflowing with hundreds unable to get inside the building holding an overflow meeting in the street. A call was made at the meeting for establishment of a "Red Guard" to fight for Soviet Russia against their German invaders. Speakers included Louis C. Fraina, Andre Tridon, Arturo Giovanitti, and others.
